Proven Leadership
It’s easy to state rhetoric on what one thinks they will do. I have a results-driven track record that has succeeded in addressing the reconstruction of neglected and crumbling roads, park and pool rehabilitation, and the protection of senior programs. I listened to you and took a strong stand against the wheel tax. These are not things you step into as a novice and simply accomplish. It takes experience, perseverance and a strong, proven leader with a promise of keeping your voice heard. Milwaukee County faces challenges that can’t afford the learning curve of changing the horse in midstream.

Proven Results
During my two terms in office, I have worked tirelessly to make our communities whole by allocating funding back to our District. Projects such as Bender Park and 13th Street in Oak Creek, North Cape Road, St. Martins Road, Old Ryan Road, 68th Street and 76th Street in Franklin have all been reconstructed. Those using Hales Corners Pool will notice the new pool liner and pool house roof installed to preserve its operation for future generations.

Responsible and Balanced Government
I opposed Chris Abele’s $60 wheel tax and his idea to charge you to park in your County Parks. I supported methods to avoid closing pools that families enjoy or closing shelters affecting the homeless because Abele didn’t get his way. My strong stance to his king-like power has placed a target on my back so he can force more taxes and fees upon you without opposition. When his money helps to produce attack ads on me and support puff pieces for my opponent, it risks maintaining your representation in favor of a rubber stamp of his policies.
